Creative Process
From manuscript review to final delivery
Discovery & Planning
Review the manuscript, notes, mock illustrations, intended audience, publishing goals, and final book specifications.
Character Direction
Develop the primary character style, visual tone, and sample direction for approval before full production.
Illustration Production
Create the approved interior artwork in stages, incorporating scheduled feedback and maintaining consistency throughout the book.
Layout & Final Delivery
Complete the cover, interior layout, final revisions, and publishing-ready files for delivery on or before February 1, 2027.
The schedule begins after the signed agreement, initial payment, final manuscript, project notes, mock illustrations, and required publishing specifications are received. The February 1, 2027 delivery target depends on timely client feedback, approvals, and no major changes to the manuscript or page count.

Project Terms
Important project information
Current Scope
This estimate is based on a completed manuscript of approximately 58 pages and the project information currently provided.
Revision Scope
Up to two consolidated revision rounds are included. Revisions must remain within the approved art direction and manuscript scope.
Manuscript Changes
Significant text changes, reordered pages, added scenes, or new pages after illustration begins may affect the cost and delivery schedule.
Publishing Specifications
Final file dimensions and setup will be based on the selected publisher or self-publishing platform specifications supplied by the client.
Final File Release
Final print-ready and high-resolution files will be released after project approval and receipt of the remaining balance.
Additional Services
Editing, proofreading, ISBN registration, publishing account setup, printing, marketing, and distribution are not included unless added through a separate agreement.
