Estimate Validity
This estimate is valid for 30 days from the estimate date. Pricing and availability may be reviewed after expiration.
August Payment
August newsletter and website services begin after approval and receipt of the $800 August payment.
Monthly Billing
Monthly services are billed in advance. Monthly work begins after the applicable payment has been received.
Unused Deliverables
Unused graphics, newsletters, or maintenance services do not automatically roll over unless stated in the signed agreement.
Client Content
The client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, links, dates, product information, approvals, and account access.
Feedback and Revisions
Feedback should be timely and consolidated. Repeated changes or new creative directions may require additional fees.
Scope Limitations
Major page builds, full redesigns, custom programming, photography, video production, printing, paid advertising, social media management, caption writing, scheduling, and posting are not included.
Third-Party Fees
Website subscriptions, email platforms, plugins, applications, stock assets, printing, and transaction fees are not included.
Timeline Disclaimer

Monthly Cancellation
